Reformer |
Re-Shape, Re-Align and Re-Form your
body! In this 55 minute class you will work against spring

Using the springs as resistance,
the Tower will strengthen, stretch and reshape your body. From Abs
to Gluts and Arms to Thighs - this is a total body workout! All

Using the ballet bar the focus of
Xtend is on shaping muscles, first by increasing muscle strength
and then by stretching to lengthen the muscles. This helps to
increase flexibility while improving posture and body
awareness…leading to a healthy Xtended Body!
